Who We Are

Changing Lives One Day at a Time is a faith-based nonprofit organization located in Lebanon, Tennessee, dedicated to helping individuals and families experiencing homelessness find stability, dignity, and purpose.
We believe that lasting change happens when practical support and spiritual hope come together. Through safe housing, employment opportunities, and community connection, we walk alongside people as they rebuild their lives—one day at a time.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple:
To restore hope, provide housing, and empower individuals to achieve long-term stability through compassion, opportunity, and faith.

We exist to serve those who have nowhere else to turn. We believe every person deserves a safe place to call home, meaningful work, and the encouragement of a caring community.

What We Do

• Provide Affordable Housing: We acquire and manage homes in Wilson County to give individuals and families experiencing homelessness a stable and safe place to live.

• Support Employment and Education: Through job training scholarships, career partnerships, and practical resources, we help participants gain independence and confidence.

• Offer Life Skills and Mentorship: Residents receive personalized guidance in budgeting, goal setting, and personal development—all within a supportive, faith-driven environment.

• Build Strong Communities: Our work is made possible through partnerships with local churches, businesses, and volunteers who share our vision to see lives transformed across Tennessee.
